The Smile

What is the best feature on people's faces?
Is it the eyes, the nose, the mouth? No, it is the smile. If only you would realise what a smile does for other people. Not just smiling with your mouth, but smiling with your eyes, also. They are the brightness that lifts others out of their doldrums, and also give you a lift. When there is so much nastiness in your world, smiles from the heart can do so much good. Never mind about the people who think that you are weird grinning all the time. Remember that a smile from the heart is a smile from the Spirit, and if they don't have one, give them one of yours.

Your Steady Progress

Let not your heart be troubled. Your progress is as it should be. Whatever you wish to do with your life is up to you. You make the rules. You can change what you want to. Remember that you are in charge of your life. That is your free will. But do remember that you made a commitment to yourself to progress, and this is why you have come into the bosom of this religion. This is why you have been drawn into this sanctuary. Most of you are aware of your loved ones, teachers, helpers and guides in the spirit world. They try to keep you on the straight and narrow. So you meander about a bit, but in the end you arrive where you should be. You are here to live your life to the best of your ability. Help one another where you can, love one another always and God will go with you.

Care For The Earth

The sun will come soon. Spring is in the air. Buds are forming. Soon there will be new births. Lambs are in the fields and baby birds are in the trees. So with the Earth. Now higher Spirits are arriving to help those already here to get things into perspective. You cannot put things right by yourselves. There has to be a change of attitude to each other, to the Earth, about war. Each individual can send out thoughts of healing, but no-one can change anyone else's thoughts and ideas. That change must come from within. The Earth must repair itself. You can help by using it carefully from now on. You cannot change what has happened, but you can try to make sure you add your voice to keeping it better. Things have to change. Nothing stands still. The Earth is changing. The animals and birds are changing. You can't stop that, and you are changing. Embrace the changes. Spread the word that there is an all-embracing God and that his word is love.

Contemplation

How can you contemplate a world which exists unseen by the human eye?
A world of such beauty and vivid colours which is beyond your understanding?
Try in your meditations to visualise the most perfect place you can imagine and magnify this many times then maybe you will be close to contemplating our spirit world.
Many people travel to the spirit world in their sleep but have no memory of it when they awake. The reason for this is easy to see, if you had memories of our spirit world in your earthly life it would be very difficult to appreciate the good things in your world as they cannot come close to ours and you would not be able to fufil your purpose of living on earth and enjoying your life.
During your meditations enjoy the beauty and peace that your visualisation of the spirit world brings you, but until you join us in our world you will not fully contemplate the beauty and peace of the spirit realms.

Mother Earth

Tread gently upon the earth, gently leaving footprints
         For future generations to walk upon.
Feel the essence of the earth's soul, hear her cry
         for the sympathy she deserves.

Love her, respect her, feel her and protect her, giver her
the love she deserves and tend her with loving care.

         Harvest her crops and share them with others.
Enjoy her moods, sunshine, storms and the peaceful sunsets.
Look into her golden rays and feel the energy she gives us.

I am of course speaking of Mother Nature to whom we should
                                 all give praise.

Let love be the guiding force

In your world you still have your fears and sorrows. You fear for your loved ones on earth and feel their sorrows when they are suffering emotionally or physically.  We come close and give healing, love and guidance where we can. Living on planet earth is not easy, many obstacles around, many people living difficult lives. Who are we to judge when someone takes the wrong pathway, just because we are in the spirit world doesn't mean that we are perfect...not by a long way.  We give guidance to make your pathway clearer and easier to negotiate, but we do not judge. Live in accordance with your principles. Live life to the full, love is more important than anything. Without love we could not connect with you.
Let love be the guiding force.

Hallowe'en

What is Hallowe'en? It is your way of hallowing your saints. But what are saints? They are people that the churches think have led a blameless life and died many years ago. But we think of people that are here, here and now; people that give of their time to care for those that are in need of solace and upliftment, a loving word and an open ear. Just listening to someone in need not only helps them, but you also. Saints are for churches. They can't see the saints already around them, working and spreading their love as they live their ordinary lives. We praise these people, as they are working as they should, doing what they can to lift your world closer to the world of Spirit. God's blessings.

Home is Where the Heart Is

As far as possible, only do what you love doing. Try to avoid spending a lot of time doing what you hate.
Although we all have necessary chores, some of which we may hate performing, try to simplify your life, and your tasks will become easier.
Only be for a long time with those you love. Do not spend a lot of time with those you know you will conflict with. Although it is inevitable that you will meet such people, when you do, send them loving and healing thoughts and their company will become less of a burden.
Build a home, a life, a company of friends with love. Build together where possible. Give thanks and gratitude for the fellowship of those you love. Treasure what you have been given while you are together. Don't wait till they have gone or passed on.
Remember always where your love, your life and your best interests lie. Remember to gove love, and remember to give thanks when you receive it.
