The Two Worlds

The Elders knew about the two Worlds, and they still know: this Physical World and the Spirit World of which we are also a part. Our relatives, our loved-ones will come for us. They come for us now. They will be here with you many times before you pass to the World of Spirit. Know that they are with you and wish to help. Their spirit is around us, helping encouraging and guiding. Most of all they hope.
Those who have gone before us know truly and so can you. For we will see each other again. This is only one world and when we pass that is all that we do. Our dying here is only our becoming reunited with them. The Elders always told us this. They tell us that the world of spirit is a happy place. It is good, with all harmonious. We will all be together.
There are two Worlds; they exist. This the Seen World, and the Unseen World, which you will come to see. Know them as the Physical World and the Spirit World. The Elders have always reminded us that there will be a time when we will have to go from this world. They remind us still. They know that our loved-ones, who watch over us, will come for us. They will show themselves and be around us at our time. They visit us throughout our lives, but at the end they shall be with us for a few days and be especially close to help us on our way. This is our way - the way to the Spirit World. We will enter a happy place where the hunting is good; the place of the Grandfathers, the place of the Creator, the Great Spirit - God. This is the joyful place to which we pass.
Great Spirit, allow us to see both the Physical World and the Spirit World, so that we may be happy.
Help me Grandfathers to look forward to the Spirit World. Bless our loved-ones. We remember you. Amen.

The Power

Step within the power. It is a great beacon shining down upon us and we can walk to the centre of its power. There is no need to be in the darkness where all is fear; the way to the light is clear and ready for you. See, you simply need to step that way. Once you are within the great light all pain and fear go away. Fear cannot exist within the power. Pray to find your way there each day. Ask the Creator to take your hand and help you. Once we step into that place we will know and we will feel no hurt.
Guide me Great Spirit for I reach for your hand.

Unique but United

We all are from the one Great Spirit even though we are all different. We are unique, for nothing within the Spirit is identical to us. Even your closest offspring are different, whether siblings, twins or triplets. Each is very special. Every person is so. We all have a purpose here; a reason that we are on this Earth.
Every leaf upon the tree is part of the whole tree. The tree would not look like it does without all those leaves, and yet every leaf is different. Mother Earth is made up of all of us, as the tree has many leaves. We belong here and must look to see our purpose. If we are one with the Great Spirit, we will grow to be one with all the others here.
All is one and I can be part of the whole. Great Spirit let me see myself as I should be.

Walk with Attention on this Earth

When you walk upon this earth, look and see, for our mind is here. As our attention is focussed upon the present we see so much that is happening in our world. You do not need to worry about what has happened in the past or plan so hard for the future; worrying and seeking to predict and overplan. If you live in the now, you do not miss the earth's important messages. She will teach you as you journey. There is always a flowing of learning through the world you wander upon. There is also a continuing flowing of positive energy. Feel this and feel positive. Watch and listen and ponder as you walk. Gather thoughts and ideas from your observations, from Mother Earth's lessons, and find within them inspiration for the right things to say and think. Find help for all us children. As we share this pathway, we will also share a strong connection with each other and with all things. Here in this simple walk there is calm.
As you travel through this joyous experience, share feelings of gratitude. Share these with the great Spirit and with the Earth and with all around you. The next person to walk where you walked upon this sacred path will feel an even deeper calm and oneness because of you, as the benefits are increased and nurtured and carried forward. See.

Spiritual Traditions

Spiritual traditions show us; they lead through our meditation. We learn to live in harmony and with respect and balance because of the traditional way. The ways have shown us how to behave and how to be. If we conduct ourselves according to the tradition of Spirit, we know.
Prayer is purifying. Hear the guidance handed down. As generation after generation have listened and understood, so shall you. Teachings of a way to be, to share and to thrive. We have always heard how Mother Earth is the way, and she still is, even in this world of Materialism. Look and you will see that our relationship to her is clear yet. Allow Spirituality to guide your life and you will no longer be lost or unhappy and you will have direction. We are Spirit, we are Spirit now, yet we try to be a solid being. People, seek to be Spirit! Get to know who you are, for this is as we have always been told.

The Path of the Creator

The warrior way was to seek to follow the path of the Creator; it still is. As they would seek visions to show them paths, so we should seek guidance. As they sought an answer as the sun rises, so should we now.
As each day begins for you, spend time pondering the Creation and the Earth. Gradually as one first day passes into the next deeper day, we will see. The vision is there within us, and answers, needs and tasks will arise until we are carrying out the will of the Creator, who is with on our journey through every area of our life. As your sun rises, say: "Show me from within my thoughts and meditations what your will is. Let me see what you have for me to do." A settlement of thought and will shall be yours as you are happy in your role, wherever you journey. Let there be a vision of God's will within your heart, warrior.
Creator, I ask for your vision to guide me through this day and each deeper day.

The Centre

There is the power within the centre; step within the circle's centre and you will find it. This power has many aspects: forgiveness sits within the circle, with truth; life lives here with spiritual knowledge; justice is here, as is a sense of principle. They reside here with love. All these are within the circle and you are the centre. Look within and see these powers for they are in all human beings for you to find.
Be still, quiet the mind and you will find your centre; you will see all the aspects of the power. Whenever you are upset in any way, do this and look. Confusion, emotional distress, resentment and the anger it leads to may, like fear, come upon you, yet all you need to do is look within.
Quieten, and while stilled, see that you are indeed the centre of a circle of poweer. Ask the Great Spirit for guidance. Let him see when things are unsettled that you do not wish them to be so. You will be shown the way beyond your obstacles and placed in the position of great power, the centre of the circle. Here at the centre we can see right from wrong, and only here.
Guide me Great Spirit to the centre where all is sacred and I can know. Be still mind and see.
